Full-time (32 hrs/wk)

Work Hours: Primarily 2nd/3rd Shift



Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prefer previous customer service experience .

Must have the ability to make responsible decisions, have the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.  Must have the ability to effectively handle customer, staff and employee request and or concerns I a friendly and professional manner. 

Qualified applicants must demonstrate the ability to coordinate request to ensure fair and consistent work assignments, have knowledge of general office procedures (organization, filing, supply, inventory, etc.) and phone skills (including two way radios, Ascom phones, multi-line phones, pagers, etc.) must have basic computer skills (e.g. word processing (Microsoft word) spreadsheet applications, (Excel)

Ability to become familiar with all EVS duty list, policies, procedures and protocols,.   Ability to learn and efficiently use all internal software used within the department (timekeeping, work order, supply, quality, personnel, etc.)


Supporting and promoting organizational goals. Dispatch staff to discharge cleans as well as miscellaneous request. Monitoring of room turnarounds and task completion times to ensure prompt service. Monitor repetitive request for possible solutions. Run weekly reports for Awarix and Compuclean. Manage vacation board for assigned staff.  Payroll edits and reports for assigned staff. Ensuring all daily documentation is input into the appropriate systems daily. Ensuring all applicable paperwork is filed daily. Maintain employee files for assigned staff.  Act as support and/or relief for Quality Inspector/Trainer.  Other assigned duties as needed.
