Sirius Technical Services, Inc. is one of the fastest growing staffing companies located in the southeast. Sirius is expanding its operations nationally to support existing contracts and new business growth throughout the US. Sirius has an opening for an Account Manager in the Southeast Region. This role will be responsible to develop and grow new client partnerships through the selling of contract and direct placement recruiting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and building professional relationships. In addition to developing new business, the Account Manager will also have account responsibilities, working with active accounts on a day-to-day basis, delivering and executing profitable business for Sirius. This person will serve as the primary relay point between Sirius management and our customers and temporary workers. Maintaining a strong relationship with our clients and temporary workers is key to the sales success. The Account Manager will meet with company management and the sales and recruiting team to give feedback on their region and to learn about new developments.

Responsibilities: 

•    Develop and grow assigned line of business and overall client base by marketing our services.

•    Conduct telephone and in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives for marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.

•    Build presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.

•    Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.

•    Submit to Management the plans for business development.

•    Responsible for growth of temporary and permanent placement revenues.

•    Responsible for creating a sense of urgency when dealing with clients and applicants.

•    Promoting service and marketing calls, daily.

•    Handle problems concerning applicants and customers, discuss all matters of discontent to Senior Management and HR while aiding in resolving the situation.

•    Work with senior management to handle negotiations of contracts within the region.

•    Create, participate and/or oversee marketing ideas to clients.

•    Create, participate and/or oversee recruiting and retention ideas for applicants/employees.

•    Weekly and monthly goals related to sales activity including: calls, meetings, market penetration, placements, client revenue expectations

•    Communicating with, and mentoring the recruiting team

•    Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.

•    Extensive travel is required throughout the eastern and Midwest regions.

Requirements:

•    3-7 years of sales experience

•    1-3 years of staffing experience

   3-7 years of recruiting experience

•    Proven track record of breaking into accounts and developing profitable business relationships

•    Previous experience selling Staffing and Staff Augmentation services specific to engineering, professional, and IT is desirable

•    Experience selling recruiting services within the region

•    Proficient in identifying target accounts

•    Ability to set face-to-face meetings and “penetrate' an Account to gain knowledge, and sell Recruiting Services across the organization

•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize business based on client needs, urgency, and overall profitability

•    Excellent leadership skills to work with and lead Recruiters

•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

•    Work quickly and efficiently in a deadline-driven and high accountability environment

•    Ability to sell to all levels of an organization, C-Level through Manager

•    Must understand technology & recruiting industries in industrial and manufacturing markets

•    Strong time management and organizational skills

•    Excellent written & verbal communication skills

•    Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented

•    Must support a strong team sales environment

•    Seeking high energy, self-motivated, and driven candidates

•    Bachelor's Degree
