This intermediate pastry position will be responsible for assisting in quality assurance of the recipes and pastries. Cook II will be expected to have knowledge of highly technical pastry technics such as sugaring, tempering/cooling multiple types of chocolates and or liquids, and piping icings and décor pieces. This position will require previous pastry experience. Culinary school preferred. <br/>
