Job Description

What you will do

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for technical and sales support in Facility Explorer building management system. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new and expanding team with high ambitions to grow and expand throughout Europe.

You will act as a technical support to engineers who need to escalate queries to yourself as well as providing training to internal and external parties. You will also liaise with our sales departments to demonstrate how to sell the product and the benefits of it to customers.


How you will do it

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be: deploying training plans, testing an deploying technical tools, report and track troubleshooting issues, providing field support across Europe, collaborating with the North America Technical Support team, creating technical documentation, delivering training, working on market intelligence reporting and process improvement.


What we lookfor

·        Niagara AXand TCP Qualification

·        Experienceworking with BMS systems in a technical or training role

·        Experience inControls Systems installations on site

·        TechnicalDegree qualification

·        BAS systemsprogramming and communications protocols

·        Mechanicaland HVAC field devices knowledge
