Candidate must have a Bach deg in Business, Finance or Acctg & 5 yrs of fin'l exp in the steel mfg industry. Must have steel industry exp in: Directing budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, & increase efficiency. Formulating policies, manage daily operations, & plan the use of materials & human resources. Hiring & dvlpg staff. Driving continuous improvement in safety, profitability, & teammate growth & dvlpmt. Travel up to 30-40% to customer & construction jobsites, operation facilities, & corporate meetings w/in the US as needed.
