Must have at least 5 yrs of exp in each of the following: Overseeing the dvlpmt & implmtn of technology, eqpmt, & processes to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies ("PCBAs"); Utilizing process engg to optimize paste printing, surface mount technology, reflow soldering, selective / wave soldering, through-hole insertion, & IPC standards & statistical techniques; Analyzing & optimizing manufacturing eqpmt performance & tracking key performance indicators (KPIs); Conducting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & risk assessments for new product introductions & process changes; Implmtg & monitoring quality control measures & ensuring that products comply with DFM guidelines, industry standards, & customer reqmts; Performing process optimization using DFM & PFMEA methodologies; & Utilizing SPC, TQM, Six Sigma, & Lean methodologies for process improvement & scrap reduction.
