-Ensure that serving our guests in a friendly and efficient manner is the #1 priority, and that this instilled in each associate.
-Always present yourself in a professional and ethical manner.
-Provide "coaching," supervision and support to each associate to foster a real sense of development and achievement.
-Provide Departmental Orientation to each new associate.
-Involve Supervisors in as many administrative functions as possible to assist in their further development.
-Clearly define for all departmental associates, the chain of command.
-Ensure Marriott standards are upheld by all associates.
-Ensure associate training and participation in Safety and Accident Prevention
-Schedule associates for shifts according to projected occupancies. Remain abreast of occupancy changes and anticipate staffing changes.
-Ensure proper key control is maintained at all times.
-Provide all scheduled inventories as required in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in the annual budget process and work within the approved financial guidelines
