CVS Health has an exciting operational leadership opportunity for a Senior Director of PBM Care Management Operations! These programs are designed for patients with chronic and complex diseases. You will lead a team of approximately 5 direct reports and over 500 indirect reports. This leader plans, organizes, leads and coordinates all of the activities of these teams. Additionally, you will lead the day-to-day operations to support growth, focus on strategic planning and operational metrics, while having budget accountability for all areas of the clinical operations across multiple Care Management solutions.
The Senior Director is responsible for the development of key operating metrics and is accountable for obtaining, sustaining and improving on those metrics as well as improving overall operational efficiency. You will also have responsibility for customer satisfaction related to the delivery of our Care Management programs. We are looking for someone who is able to work within a rapidly changing business function and make sound business decisions based on data and statistics and develop the strategy of the programs aimed at positioning the organization for rapid and ongoing growth. We need a leader who has excellent verbal, persuasion, written and presentation skills to interact with senior leaders, motivate and develop team members, and to influence outcomes through people.
This role will develop, implement, and interpret philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and program standards for delivery of the clinical operation services. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the organizational framework through which the program is delivered to program participants. A strategic thinker with analytical skills is needed to focus on operational excellence and exemplary customer service and to establish clear responsibility, lines of authority, communications and delegation authority.
Location for the role is flexible, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of executive, operational leadership experience overseeing a large operation and improving results with metrics, workflow management, call center metrics and other performance indicators
* 7+ years of healthcare experience within care management
* Executive operational leadership experience in a managing large scale care delivery programs

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree preferred
* Six Sigma certification preferred
* Clinical qualifications preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree required
