The Senior Manager, Retail Store Communications and Support leads a team of five to oversee day-to-day communications to retail store teams, while balancing the delivery of a strategic roadmap to modernize and transform our communications channels. A communicator and connector by nature, this person will quickly establish cross-functional relationships of influence in order to support business teams launching and managing their initiatives, while maintaining a high standard of quality that ensures store teams feel cared for and supported. This person will bring a Product Management mindset to our various communications channels, partnering with vendors to build a better user experience for our colleagues, including more personalization of communications and tasks by role.

The Senior Manager will need to demonstrate flexibility and agility, deploying their team to manage emergency support for our stores when needed (e.g. severe weather), while staying focused on the delivery of longer-term strategic goals. You must be a proven manager of both teams and resources, with comfort building business cases and managing a small budget, and the ability to develop others in the areas of data analysis, strategic planning, project management, and executive-level presentations.

You will routinely partner with cross-functional peers across and beyond Retail Store Operations, including Workforce Management, Enterprise Corporate Communications, Procurement, and third party vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop talent within immediate team: provide coaching and feedback, evaluate colleague competencies, and lead others through complex business challenges;
- Manage day-to-day communications cadence for retail stores and field leadership; ensure clarity, quality, and effective prioritization of all messaging sent out to the retail organization from corporate HQ;
- Impact and influence peer stakeholders across and beyond Retail Store Operations to establish effective task management/workload governance for store teams;
- Refine and deliver on a roadmap to modernize and transform communication channels, partnering with vendors to achieve necessary outcomes within budgeted guidance;
- Develop and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and progress reports to executive-level audiences.

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in Healthcare, Operations, or related field.
1+ years of Prior Retail or Field Management Experience.

Preferred Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in Healthcare and/or Operations.
-3+ years of Prior Retail or Field Management Experience.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
