As a Resource Planning Consultant you will maintain and handle incoming emails through the RPESET Moxie inbox related to schedule changes, agent profile changes, and training timeline changes. In this role you will develop schedules which effectively deliver staffing levels that consistently achieve service level commitments, by delivering the right people in the right places, at the right time. As part of this role you are responsible for the onboarding of new hire schedules into the workforce management system and updating and maintaining information in these tools. A Resource Planning and Scheduling Consultant will attend and contribute to the staffing review and IDP meetings, detailing previous and current week's performance and forecasted performance of remainder of current week and future weeks, while also identifying risks. Other duties would include scheduling, re-scheduling, and optimization of team meetings, one on ones, training, and various other off phone activities. You will provide subject matter expertise for NICE/IEX tools and software, as CVS continues to build its Workforce Management capabilities at scale.

In order to be successful in this role you will be proficient in MicroSoft-Office applications as well as MicroSoft Excel. This can include high-level calculations and macro writing

Travel to various sites may be required. May also be required on occasion to report to a local site (not retail store) in area of residence. In this role you may be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work weeks when needed.

Required Qualifications
3+ years’ Workforce management experience in a multi-site environment

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an discipline

High School Diploma or GED required
