Job Description
*This position will provide virtual training and a temporary work from home option due to COVID-19. The role is based in Rhode Island.

Great opportunity to join the Retail Customer Care Center and work on our inventory control team, ensuring our business partners receive a positive and efficient service experience. Receive inbound call volume from CVS retail pharmacies, accurately record all non-preferred drug orders and provide order status information as requested. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to business partners over the telephone.
* Proficient to advanced PC and data entry skills, including MS Windows-based applications.
* Attention to detail.
* Flexibility in work schedule.
* Ability to complete all required training programs.
* Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (Formal training not required.)
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience preferred

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
