Do you want to be part of a team that focuses on building partnerships? As the Account Executive - Regional, you will manage the defined region of Covered Entities for Wellpartner, which, includes approximately 100 to 200 or more entities per region. The Account Executive - Regional is essential to ensuring that Covered Entities understand core concepts, technology, and processes critical to the success of their 340B program.

You will also develop and execute strategies around expansion and customer service for the Covered Entity. In addition, you will work on client stratification and lead other essential duties such as HRSA audit support, Fogbugz & Salesforce documentation, client profiles, and account plan summaries. The Account Executive - Regional will manage a team of two or more Account Managers and Implementation Specialists, leading the growth and development of the individuals as they manage their Covered Entities.

Additional responsibilities include executing the following key processes:
* New client implementation and Post Launch Assessment
* Client segmentation and targeting based on revenue and potential opportunities for growth
* Maintaining Account Master Worksheet, tracking relevant target and metrics to measure success
* Developing and maintaining Strategic Account Plans
* Reviewing and presenting Client Profile presentations with key recommendations
* Supporting audit as requested by client. Tracking HRSA audit notifications and gathering findings to the extent available
* Utilizing Fogbugz ticket tracking and Salesforce per policy

The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of 340B services, key concepts, and health care industry players intersecting with 340B programs. You will also be able to articulate and answer questions related to core concepts, technology, and processes critical to 340B programs. And, you will represent the company to clients, independent of management oversight, regarding 340B subject matter necessary to implement and manage the full range of Cover Entities including hospitals, FQHC, and Ryan White organizations.

This is a work from home opportunity. You can work any where in the United States. Relocation is not required.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
* 2 + years of experience with IT interfaces, various file formats, and data semantics including VPN. sFTP or HL7
* 2 + years of experience working with 340B programs

Preferred Qualifications
* Proven success leading projects or teams to accomplish desired goals.
* Demonstrated ability conducting group presentations to promote client happiness, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Education
Bachelor's degree required
