Martin Retail Group, in partnership with Leo Burnett Advertising, has a great opportunity for Media Buyers in our Birmingham, Alabama location. The Media Buyers will maintain responsibility for managing buying efforts on our regional automotive business. Key responsiblities include:

* Promoting the integration of all communications disciplines within media recommendations

* Assembling and executing spot TV, cable and radio buys

* Presenting local market media plans to regional account teams and clients

* Anticipating market changes and offering solutions to market problems within early phases of negotiation processes

* Schedule analysis

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in local media/planning, strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships, and exemplary organization and prioritization abilities.
