Job Title: HR Administrator (Temp)
Location: Huntsville - InTech, AL
Overview: Provide Human Resources support to Senior Manager of Human Resources, human resources, and business unit. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and update job descriptions, internal postings, and job advertisements for all positions in assigned division. Schedule & conduct phone interviews and on-site interview: review resumes and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, etc. Coordinate and monitor drug screening & background checks and communicate results to supervisor. Coordinate temporary employees as requested. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation for employees at assigned business unit(s). Respond to inquiries regarding policies HR programs and company procedures. Coordinate the appropriate paperwork for employees in all aspects of employment: Personnel Action Request forms (PAR), internal applications, change forms. Maintenance of personnel files as needed All other duties as assigned.
Education/
Experience: Required: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university (emphasis in HR); or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Required: at least 3-5 years of Human Resources experience. Degree in Human Resources preferred. Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and human resource management. Knowledge of principles of equal opportunity and affirmative action. Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Comments: This job or facility may require proof of citizenship and the ability to qualify to maintain applicable US Defense Security Clearances.
